A token is roughly 4 characters of text. When you send a message and receive a response, both count toward your usage. A typical legal research conversation uses about 10,000 tokens. With Plus (1.5M tokens), that's around 150 conversations per month - more than enough for most solo practitioners.

Yes. Every new account gets 300,000 free tokens to test all features - approximately 30 full conversations. We ask for a credit card upfront to prevent trial abuse, but you won't be charged until you decide to upgrade to a paid plan.

ChatGPT is a general-purpose chatbot. LexAI is a specialized legal research tool with access to 50+ Czech and EU legal databases, case law, and regulations - with proper citations. We run our own AI infrastructure in Germany (not US servers), your data stays encrypted and private, and we don't train on your queries. You're paying for legal-specific accuracy and actual data protection.

Prices shown are excluding VAT. At checkout, Stripe automatically calculates and adds the correct VAT based on your location and business status. You can also select your preferred currency. Business customers with valid VAT ID can apply reverse charge.

You keep access until your billing period ends. After that, your account becomes read-only for 30 days - you can still export your data. Then everything is permanently deleted from our servers. We don't hold your data hostage. Cancel anytime from account settings, no calls needed.
