Yes! LexAI works as a Progressive Web App (PWA). In Chrome, click the install icon in the address bar. On Safari, use "Add to Dock". This gives you a dedicated app window and faster access.

Be specific about the legal area, jurisdiction, and what you need. Instead of "tell me about contracts", try "What are the notice requirements for terminating an employment contract under Czech Labour Code Section 48?" Include relevant facts and context.
LexAI connects to 50+ official sources: Czech Court database, Constitutional Court decisions, Sbírka zákonů, EUR-Lex for EU regulations, Ministry of Justice repositories, and established legal commentaries. Select specific sources or let Lexi choose automatically.
Upload documents to a project, then enable "Project Context" in chat. Lexi will reference your uploaded files when answering. You can also drag a document directly into the chat window for immediate analysis.
Incognito mode prevents your conversation from being saved to chat history. Use it for sensitive matters or when you don't want a record. Enable it from the chat options menu before starting your conversation.
Click the export button in any conversation to download as PDF or Word document. You can also copy individual responses, or use the "Save to Project" feature to attach conversations to specific matters.
LexAI is a research assistant, not a lawyer. Always verify critical information, especially for recent legal changes. The AI may occasionally misinterpret complex questions. Use the source citations to verify all answers before relying on them for client work.
Upload, analyze, and organize your legal documents.
LexAI supports PDF, DOCX, DOC, and TXT files. PDF works best for most legal documents. We recommend native PDFs over scanned images - if you must use scans, ensure they've been OCR processed first.
Go to Documents section and click "Upload" or drag files directly. You can also drop files into a chat conversation for immediate analysis. Files are encrypted during upload and storage.
Lexi can summarize documents, identify key clauses and risks, extract parties and dates, compare documents against each other, and answer questions about document content. Ask specific questions for best results.
Create a project from the Projects section. Add documents by uploading directly to the project or moving existing files. Projects help keep related documents together and enable project-wide context in chat conversations.
Maximum file size is 25MB per document. For larger files, consider splitting into parts or compressing PDFs. Your plan determines total storage capacity - check Settings > Subscription for your limits.
Check file size (max 25MB) and format (PDF, DOCX, DOC, TXT). Try a different browser like Chrome or Firefox. Ensure stable internet connection. If the file is password-protected, remove protection first. For corrupted files, try re-saving from the original application.
Enterprise-grade security for your sensitive information.
Go to Settings > Security > Two-Factor Authentication. Scan the QR code with an authenticator app like Google Authenticator or Authy. Enter the 6-digit code to confirm. Save your backup codes in a secure location.
Yes! We support WebAuthn hardware keys like YubiKey. Go to Settings > Security > Security Keys to register your device. Hardware keys provide the strongest protection against phishing and account takeover.
All data is encrypted with AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. Your documents and conversations are stored on EU servers in Germany. We never share data with third parties or use it for AI training.
Go to Settings > Security > Active Sessions to see all devices logged into your account. You can sign out individual sessions or all sessions at once. Unrecognized devices should be removed immediately and password changed.
Go to Settings > Privacy > Export Data. Request a full export of your account data including documents, chat history, and account information. You'll receive a download link via email within 24 hours.

Manage your subscription and billing.
We offer Starter, Professional, and Enterprise plans. Each includes different query limits and features. All plans include a 14-day free trial. Visit our Pricing page for current rates and feature comparisons.
Stripe handles all payments securely. You can pay monthly or annually (with discount). Billing occurs on your signup anniversary date. We send email reminders before trial ends and before renewals.
Go to Settings > Billing > Invoice History. Download any invoice as PDF. All invoices are also sent to your registered email. For business accounts, ensure your VAT/company details are updated in billing settings.
Go to Settings > Subscription. Upgrade or downgrade anytime - changes apply at next billing cycle. Cancel with one click - you'll retain access until the end of your paid period. No cancellation fees or awkward calls required.
Yes. Add your company name, address, and VAT ID in Settings > Billing > Company Details. All subsequent invoices will include your business information. For EU businesses with valid VAT ID, reverse charge applies.
Profile, preferences, and account management.
Go to Settings > Profile. Update your name, email, and profile picture. To change your email, you'll need to verify the new address. Changes save automatically.
Go to Settings > Security > Change Password. Enter your current password and new password (minimum 8 characters with numbers and symbols). All other sessions will be signed out after the change.
Control how long chat history is kept. Go to Settings > Privacy > Chat Retention. Choose to keep chats indefinitely, delete after 30/90 days, or manually delete individual conversations anytime.
Go to Settings > Notifications. Control email notifications for product updates, billing alerts, security notifications, and marketing. Security notifications cannot be disabled for your protection.
Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data including documents and chat history. Export your data first if needed. Account deletion is irreversible after 30-day grace period.
